Georgia Tech’s People and Technology Forum

The Institute for People and Technology (IPaT) at Georgia Tech will host the People and Technology Forum on November 5-6, 2013 at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center, in Atlanta, Georgia. The conference “will focus on ‘The Future of Being Human,” featuring speakers, such as Google Glass creator Bakak Parviz, and discussions on how advancements in technology affect “traditional information sources, practices and perceptions of our increasingly complex world.” During the Forum, the winners of the 2013 Convergence Innovation Competition (CIC) will also be announced.  The CIC competition will feature student innovations meant to “enhance or improve campus life.”
